I hereby agree that Geomain reserves the right to decline my application at its sole discretion and without giving any reason. If my Application is accepted, a Geomain Account Manager will contact me to review the pricing and answer any questions I may have. Thereafter, Geomain shall send the Re-Seller Agreement to be e-signed by me, along with an associated Invoice for my first top-up of US$1,000. My credit expires one year from date of top-up and I hereby agree that all top-ups made to my Geomain Re-Seller Account are non-refundable and non-transferable.
